Glenozen primarily serves customers in the United States. Personalized glass ornaments are prepared for each order and require production time before shipment.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days after payment and all required personalization details are received. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Peak seasons or questions about submitted details may require additional time.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, delivery to most United States addresses typically takes 7–20 business days. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, customs processing, or an incomplete address may affect delivery.

Shipping charges and tracking

Available methods and charges appear at checkout before payment. Tracking is sent to the checkout email when available and may take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Address changes and delivery concerns

Review your address before ordering and email us promptly if a correction is needed. Once production or shipment begins, changes may not be possible. For a delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered package, email info@glenozen.com with your order number and relevant photos.
